Family friendly. Midrange quality. Great for preK and elementary kids, but teens had fun too although were annoyed by all the little kids.

Sassy went above and beyond for my 6 year old daughter with ADHD who has wanted to try to do the ropes course & soar around the zip line that she saw all the “big kids” do since our first visit here in February but was she was also incredibly nervous. Today she went up with her Dad but got scared after climbing the stairs to the first level and ended up crying and coming back down refusing to continue the course. Sassy told her that once she felt like trying again, she would personally take her through the course and help her. Sassy then let her calm down in the netted climbing area. As soon as she had calmed down she was ready to try again but Sassy was not there and we were told she would be back in 10 minutes. We went ahead and started eating lunch and Sassy came back from what she was doing she actually came looking for us and told my daughter to come see her when she was ready. We went back and Sassy held her hand and encouraged her to make it through the course, she was so scared but thanks to Sassy’s patience she made it and even walked off the platform and soared to the other side without hesitation. We are so grateful to her for giving my daughter all the support and encouragement she needed to gain her confidence and become a “big kid” THANK YOU SASSY! You are amazing and “Unicorn Bubbles” with the glittery shoes has told everyone about her doing the zip line like the big kids and her new friend Sassy that helped her overcome her fears! We hope to see you again our next visit and I’m sure this young lady will be so much more confident in her next attempt

Kids liked it. We usually go to the one in AZ. And this one is a little better but overall good for kids and adults as well.

Have stayed here 2x and our kids love it! So much stuff for little ones to do! And a great option for rainy days or those scorching hot summer days, as everything is inside. Waterpark is great and clean, lots of food options. I will say their restaurants are higher priced but there are also lots of local restaurants if you want to bring food back to resort. They have a Dunkin’ Donuts at the resort! Which was amazing!

Love the proximity to Houston! This location is much smaller than other locations we've been to and had a very corporate and modern vibe. We had pretty terrible service at Fireside but the service at the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Ultimately I think they are working out the kinks but it just isn't the same with the style and feel as the Grapevine Great Wolf Lodge. We'll come to the Webster location for convenience but will prefer longer stays at Grapevine.

Close to shopping, restaurants and freeways, but also feels like it's own little world. We have had the best time on our 5 day stay. The staff has been fantastic. Very accommodating and friendly. Our very first encounter was with Michelle A who was a superstar! During check in she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. She was so great at explaining all of our packages and what they included all of the great stuff there was to do while here! The breakfast buffet is so good, the 10 paw bowling is so much fun for everyone ( 4 kids ages 17,14,10 and 8 &3 adults Mom,dad and grandma included.)

This location is much nicer than the Grapevine location because it’s newer. Everything is nice and clean from the water park to the room. They have a lot of fun activities available for families. Check in is available via kiosk so you can skip the line. I also like you can access the amenities prior to check in as well as after you check out. The only gripe I have was their food and food service. The food is pricey and tastes horrible. They do not offer room service but you can order ahead via the app. I picked up my food from the Hungry Wolf food hall and the bag tore after walking a few steps. The staff did replace it but it took quite awhile and I think they forgot about me because I had to ask for it 20 minutes later. Also I was given the wrong pizza & fortunately I checked when my food fell so I didn’t have to make an extra trip back. For breakfast the order ahead wasn’t working so I went down to order from Dunkin’ Donuts and the staff was really nice but the coffee and food just wasn’t good. I would say bring your own food and drinks and you will really enjoy this place!

Our trip to Great Wolf Lodge in Webster, Texas, was nothing short of amazing. Before booking, I came across mixed reviews, but I decided to experience it firsthand with my kids—and I’m so glad we did!

From the moment we arrived, check-in was seamless and efficient thanks to the self-service kiosks. Michelle A. and Michelle G. at the front desk were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They assisted with parking and ensured our adventure passes were set up smoothly.

While the food was decent, it wasn’t particularly outstanding. However, the variety of complimentary activities for kids more than made up for it. Every hour, there was something engaging, including movies, parties, arts and crafts, balloon making, yoga, and photo opportunities. These activities added tremendous value to our stay.

The rooms and pool area were impeccably clean, exceeding our expectations. I have no complaints in that regard. Additionally, the drinks were outstanding—definitely a 10/10 experience.

Overall, my family and I had a fantastic time, and we will absolutely be returning for another visit!
