Old Review. Definitely a great place to eat. Very convenient to Opera House. The bread they serve is excellent. I am not a catfish lover but their BBQ Catfish and Grits is really good. The lobster tacos are very tasty.

We always order the lava cake, and last year the kitchen broke it before it got to our table so they comped it for us and made us another, and this year it came out completely burnt on the bottom and with no “lava.” They comped the cakes since we couldn’t eat them but didn’t offer any replacement dessert despite the fact that we waited 25 minutes for the cakes to come out. Kind of a bummer but definitely didn’t ruin the experience.
We still love this restaurant and will probably be back next year, but we might skip out on the lava cakes next time since our track record is so poor.
My sister and I shared the Penne pasta w shrimp and my parents got fish. Loved it!
Each of our dishes was prepared just right and delicious. The fish is definitely a specialty of theirs and that also includes their shrimp and crawfish appetizer.
To cap it all off, our waiter, David, was an absolute joy. He not only kept us entertained through the whole meal, but also made sure everything that we needed was taken care of.
