It has such pretty views, especially early in the morning. There are porta potties in the parking lot and there is a little exercise park as well. There is a long winding, looped walking path that goes from Rainbow Park down to the Butterfly Garden (the Bay Street Park is kind of in the middle of these two places) and back around to the Rainbow Park.

Bay Street Park is, yes, on Bay Street and that means there's a great view of the Houston Ship Channel and the Texas City Dike from here. A large park that includes backstops, fishing piers, soccer fields, a sand volleyball park, walking trails, covered shelters and both portable and permanent restrooms.

I had a nice walk around, a bit of sunshine, a lot of onshore breeze. There is plenty of parking here.

I would definitely take my Fur baby back We both got a daily walk and daily exercise. The most exciting part was the water and the Seagals the ducks And the turtles.😍

Our go to place here in TC, sometimes there are trash you can see on the field but the scenery is great! You can do plenty of activity in the park and the best part is it's family friendly.

It’s a cool little park. Got a spot with a little outdoor gym that has the rubber floor. If you go to the walkover bridge you will see hundreds of turtles. They are cool. My son enjoys feeding them

Butterflies, Hummingbirds, a beautiful Garden, Paved and gravel trails for biking and walking that run all the way down Bay Street, with access to Skyline Dr for amazing views of Texas City Dike. This is a EXCELLENT park to enjoy!!! Cool historical memorabilia that includes the Wings of Heritage airplane displays. Picnic tables right off the trails on the water with easy sights of local birds!!!
