We did not get to have an experience. There was no communication saying that we had to be there early, only that we could start checking in 30 minutes early and that we could start boarding 15 minutes early. We were taking my nieces on this trip. It was my birthday and they were celebrating their birthdays as well which happen to be yesterday, too. We did arrive before the scheduled departure time which was supposed to be 8:15. We got there at 8:05. We arrived to the kiosk where it says to check in and no one was there. At 8:05. The sign said to head to the boat, which was also gone by 8:05. We requested a refund because they did not provide the services we paid for and it was refused. If it is an 8:15 departure time, then the boat should have still been there. It wasn't. I have multiple witnesses and time stamps for our arrival time. Shame on this company. I would not recommend booking with them. If they want to go home early then it doesn't matter of you pay over $200 to go on this trip. They will leave without you.

Loved this!! The history is awesome. Our favorite part Captain Ben and Rich!! Oh, favorite"ghost" story was of William Wallace!!

The haunted tour was a great time! A good little mix of history and ghost tales with some jokes mixed in too. The guides were excellent. Highly recommend!

We took the Haunted Harbor Tour through Galveston harbor last week. Our tour guides Adam and Tyler made the tour so much fun. They had lots of history and jokes to keep us all, (my group and others on board) entertained, took time for us to take photos. They played music and our group even had a little dance contest. I would like to take a tour with them again, next time we are in Galveston. A very good trip I definitely recommend.

Had fun! I got a call earlier today about having to change my time, but it worked more in my favor after all!! Captain Ben and Rich kept it fun and knowledgeable. Great way to end my little getaway!

We just completed our tour of the Galveston bay tonight. All thirteen of us, from 2 to 75 enjoyed the adventure and commentary from the great crew. We found it fun and entertaining! Highly recommended!

Went out recently on my birthday and had a fun adventure. It was great to learn about the haunted history of the harbour and the guys were not only knowledgeable about this topic but the area in general as well. I want to thank the guys for making the trip fun and memorable.

Being a Paranormal investigator from Wyoming. The crew were very informative about the history of the bay. The face and story behind it was very intriguing and had my K2 EMF meter was very active in places that it shouldn't have been. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who believes in the Paranormal.
