I purchased a 2 used kites from this store online, and it arrived defective. It was literally trash, people sent those kites to store to fix them and never picked it up, cause it's not even worth anything any more. And they are resell them online.
When I reached out for help right after I received them, the store manager

was completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility or process a return.
He said he made it clear before selling those kites, this is a complete lies, I was asking for prove and he just ignore it. And after a month and half, his promising bar never come. I called couple times after that and he don't pick up.
I followed all the steps and policies, but they simply ignored my concerns. This experience feels dishonest and misleading—like they’re just trying to take your money and run. I strongly advise others to avoid this business at all costs. Shop elsewhere where customers are actually valued and treated fairly.
