I LOVE this bike shop. Very professional and friendly. They do great repairs and have awesome bikes in the shop that aren’t crazy expensive. Highly recommend!!! A gem for the island!

This shop is the best! They can replace a tube and tire at a reasonable price. Also came here for a brake issue and fixed it right away. They’re friendly and very happy to help!

A great day of exploring Galveston Island by bike ended with a flat tire. I was able to get a new tube installed in about 10 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Island Bicycle Company helped save our vacation!

How is it you say you can do something but yet broken promises. Don't say take your word that you can put defeatable tires on and give you some days. Yet 2 days past and we call you say be fixed 3rd day and you don't call us to say you can't you wait for us to call and you had our information and number."VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LIKE WILL NEVER COME BACK OR REFER YOU TO ANYONE ELSE! Have a great day but never order anything online if you gone lie get your life straight

If I could give any lower stars I would. They held my rims and tires for 3 days after telling me they could do it and giving me a price. Then randomly calls me and says “hey yea someone told me this is impossible so I can’t do it you can come grab your wheels.

Not a great shop. People there act like they've got something better to do. Id recommend Zipp-E Bikes instead. Better prices and customer service.

I went in to get some help with my loose chain and they helped me out. No charge.

I went back for a tune up and a new chain.

They are friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

Highly recommend!

We always rent from Island Bicycle but this year we decided to buy bikes in Houston. As we are on the strand locking bikes in to park, my wheel falls off cause bolts weren’t bolted down. We googled a place close and of course doors were closed (Zippies) so we had to Uber to grab ruck and pick up bikes then back to the 1 place we always know is open and someone is ready to help.

Of course, we were in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you to this top notch, always available, eager to help like a neighbor bicycle shop!

Don’t waist your time searching, head straight to this shop. Rentals, sales, accessories and more!

I had a great experience with Island Bicycle. I am getting ready for some big rides in the next few months. They rented me a Sun bike and it was fantastic (Heck I wanted to take it home for trailer travel bike). I rode 10 to 25 miles per day. The bike was great on the big winds. I would suggest renting feom Island Bicycle is you want a quality bike and great service.

I was very impressed with this shop. I stopped by when I was having in issue shifting the gears on my bike. The kind gentleman stopped what he was doing to take a look at my bike, made a quick adjustment and sent me on my way. He didn’t even charge me. Thank you!

Professional and efficient. My electric bike had a front flat. Took it in and had it back in a day. Good to know we have a a reputable bike shop during our stay in the Galveston area. Ready to hit the beach again!!!!
