We went while it was raining so the entrance had buckets on the floor because the roof was leaking. No big deal. But the trampolines also had a bucket because of the leaks. Some other parts of the trampoline area was just leaking without buckets onto the trampoline itself. Not to mention we did see holes in a trampoline. Also metal pieces showing where cushion should be velcroed. We paid for $50 for a $200 amount of games and the prices for each game was pricy. Kind of a disappointment.

1st time here. Purchased the Groupon for 2. The kids love it. 2pm on a Saturday and they pretty much have the place to themselves. They are having a ball. Very comfy for myself. Will be back for sure.

Omg! KESTON was awesome he handle the bar all by himself and it was 10 of us celebrating and he stay calm and friendly which is hard to find! I’m definitely coming back with my family

Apparently they STILL haven’t got to fixing the A/C in this place, reviews from a month ago complain about it, and tonight 6/29 it is still almost unbearably hot inside. Both our teenagers complained the entire time, and we definitely were feeling hot without doing a single activity. Almost nobody here on a weekend night (including staff, I saw 4 people working the entire place). A lot of broken arcade games, nobody supervising axe throwing (guess that’s what waivers are for, but bad practice nonetheless), and trash all over the place. The two employees we interacted with were quite nice, so 2 stars instead of one. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are looking for a free sauna experience

My family went back to see the updates since the ownership/name change to Lvl Up Fun! We had a great time and there was an amazing special going on for $29.95 that included unlimited everything- even the arcade games! We ordered a cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, and chicken strips- all big in portions and tasted great!

The whole process from point A to B was so smooth, my plans went exactly how i wanted, all my guests loved their experience here, staff were on point and helpful for my daughters birthday.
