If I could give 0 stars I would. I went this morning, I paid a whopping 16.13 for street parking, just to go to the box to buy a ticket for entry. The lady was pleasant enough. She told me, even though the website says open for tours Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm that they are not giving tours and need to change the website. She called someone, no answer. Then texted someone. She said no, they are working on things, no tour and they need to change the website and update it, sorry. I am from out of town. I am more than disappointed in this experience and the waste of parking fees. I don't want to walk around town when it's all construction and no shops are open. They really need to get their act together and not deceive people. Are they just trying to help the city rope in parking fees or what? I won't try to come back. I will just look at pictures online and will not recommend to friends. Awful business practice.

Overall the view during an event is great. The stadium seats are extremely tight with minimal legroom. Please note there are no working elevators to the 2nd and 3rd floors! The volunteers and security were friendly and helpful. The gentleman in the ticket booth however, was dismissive when asking about moving to available handicapped seats. He simply told me we're sold out. Thankfully a floor manager was able to help us. Acoustics at this venue are great. We loved the historic features. Plan on arriving early during events to get a parking space.

Went to see Jeff Foxworthy, show was great, but the seat are so small and so close together that it is hard to sit down. And if anyone in your row wants to get up and go anywhere, everyone in the row has to get up and go out of the row. They need to remove at least 1 seat per row and space them a bit farther apart. And it is extremely cold when you arrive, but as soon as folks start getting there, it gets hot quickly.

Seat was great . First time being here. Did the repaid parking so I didnt have to worry about finding a spot that was nice. Parking was right around the corner. The opera house staff were all so nice and sweet and very helpful. They have concessions and tou can take the drink in with you if you like. Overall it was a great first visit ☺️ well most likely go back for future shows. I saw a comedy show but they all kinds of performances.

A beautiful historical Opera House. Young woman at ticket booth was very polite and friendly. I enjoyed the color which brought the viewing area to life. I can imagine watching a performance. Just beautiful.

Came here for a musical- The Addams family and it was a great show and great venue. Loved the souvenir cups to use for our drinks so to be sure we didnt spill anything. The only negative was a tale as old as time fighting for the women's restroom during intermission.

Gorgeous theater, gracious and clean, and phenomenal performance. Excited for the season posted! Drinks were $8.50 and in a special cup you can bring back to future events for refills.

Great little theater to catch a show. Doesn't matter much where you sit. Almost all of the seats are good.

We saw the Gatlin brothers perform this evening. I attended a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo performance of theirs in the 1970s. They are even better now than they were 50 years ago! The venue was amazing as well!

What a beautiful theater. The self guided tour was $5 each. We were the only people there and were allowed to walk wherever we wanted except on stage. Interesting history with many famous performers.

Beautiful and historic Opera House. Seats are VERY narrow, tight and uncomfortable. Entire row must exit before anyone can come and go. Not handicap accessible that I could see. Fun experience to see The Nutcracker in such a beautiful venue. We enjoyed the ballet immensely.

Such a beautiful interior with nice sound. I highly recommend visiting and watching the orchestra. The seats are small with not much leg room especially towards the front but it is a little better towards the back due to the slope.

Audio was really good. Temperature was a bit cold. Seats were kind of narrow and there was a guy that was 6 ft 7 sitting in front of me so my view was obscured but overall I thought it was good. Saw the Fred Hammond emancipation show.
