Excellent RV resort, the best that we have experienced. The pool was also the best RV pool area that we have experienced.

We stayed in our motor home and we brought our golf cart. We were able to drive right onto the beach, which is about five minutes from where we were parked, and the good thing about that beach is they allow motor vehicles. It is a beautiful beach and a beautiful pool area too.

A very clean, well run, great staff and facilities...the RV slots are top notch.... Here are my negatives- the MOSQUITOS are unbelievable...we were run out of the first concert venue because they are so bad...you could not sit outside your RV at night...very bad. The location is great for a weekend...but If You want to see some local attraction like in Galveston...plan to wait on the ferry about an hour and a half each way... Glad we went....been there done that a d didnt get the t-shirt because it was too expensive.. We won't go back. Beside the negatives...the facility is top notch and so are the employees.

My wife and I was casually celebrating our 26th anniversary when we stayed there. It was a great experience all the way around. The on site restaurant was awesome food was great drinks were great, and the staff hands down was awesome as well. The chef found out it was our anniversary and came out and introduced himself and congratulated us and treated us to some dessert which was fantastic. Thanks for the experience we will be returning soon.

The experience was horrible. We will never never go again.. There were bugs in the room. Well to your response. To bad I cannot post the picture of the bugs that were in the living room on the right side the couch.. Then you could not be so confident as you stated in your response.. YOU were the ones that misunderstood me when I tried to change my reservation.. (YOUR WORDS MISUNDERSTOOD) not my fault. If I was told that i could not have change my reservation without a penalty then I would have made arragements to have come in later that night.. BUT PER YOU!!!! You said there was not penalty and that i could change my reservation. All to find out that YOU changed my check out date to Monday which was completely YOUR fault... and then charged me for Monday.. All you would have had to say is that I could not have changed my reservation without a penalty I woud have understood and my different arragements..

First visit will probably be our last went down for Labor Day weekend purchased tickets for the Eli Young Band. The resort was extremely under staffed the wait time for the restaurant on site was 45 minutes to 1hr after two hours there was still no availability and we were not the only ones waiting another guest waited two hours for a to go order that was nowhere to be found and when the hostess went to ask the manager on staff for assistance they refused to come out to speak to anyone. There were 5 empty tables and we did not receive a text for table till we left 2 1/2 hours later. I would think the management of this resort would have their establishment properly staffed for a special event as well as a holiday weekend. I don’t see us visiting this establishment again.

Went for a 30th bday trip! Russel greeted us and was wonderful to us the whole trip and shuttled us around the property. RV was spacious enough for 5 women to get ready for the concert. Concert was included with stay, bring lawn chairs and mark your spot on the lawn early. You also can stand in the grass with general admission. So we got to pretty much stand front row. Considered upgrading to vip tables glad we didn’t. Restaurant was slammed pre concert and not taking Togo orders so we wish we would have gotten snacks or food beforehand to eat after the concert because everything closed post concert. Mia at the pool was very kind and had great hospitality. Berat at The Fin was WONDERFUL for our breakfast. Great ending to our stay !

Berat was an AMAZING server!! He ran circles around our servers from the first day. He was super attentive, kind and organized. We got our drinks and food promptly and quickly within 20 minutes of being seated. Not to mention he was super friendly and personable and chatted with us, participating in wishing our friend a happy birthday and all. He made our breakfast experience our best experience of the weekend!

Prior to our arrival the venue was contacted and we were told that they do not take reservations. Upon getting here we found that there was a concert. Our party was placed on the wait list, and were told after waiting for an hour that we would getting one of the rooms on the third floor. Less than 5 minutes after being told this, the hostess tells us that we were NOT going to be seated as indicated because the franchise owners family showed up and comandered the seat. Then part of our party was seated, but the remaining portion of our party had to wait to be seated. And when I say waited, I am not talking about 5 minutes, but almost another half hour. While I can understand that there are perks to being the owner. Last time I checked a restaurant is a customer service. So for the owner of this franchise, you and the entire family really need to rethink how you conduct yourselves. Bumping paying customers who could give your business high praise has instead caused an upcoming amount of bad reviews. Which apparently what happened to our group isn't the first time.

We were travelling with our son and stayed for 8 days. There was so much to do as a family. The location is great. The amenities are endless. The staff were equally friendly and accommodating. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and kept up to very high standards. We rented a new RV and it had sufficient space, two bathrooms , water on demand, a spacious lot and a dog run. We couldn’t have had a better time. We will definitely be going back!

Sites are nice, but don't n't expect to get the site you reserved. The workers are not very knowledgeable about anything you ask them. We were told one thing and then something else. I think the bar is the worse part of this place...besides the wifi (really bad) Glad we are only staying a week.

Pros: Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach has great beach access, concerts, and a swim-up pool bar. This is offset by the above market nightly rates and 3-night required stay. Also, Margaritaville rents golf carts ranging from $145 to $160 per day with a two day minimum. That’s a pretty limited market. The RV resort that is our base camp in Houston will rent you a golf cart for a month for a little more than that daily rate. Also, two drinks at the bar were almost $40. We went to the liquor store after. One can make drinks for a month for $40.

We absolutely loved Margaritaville! We traveled here from Colorado for our anniversary. The staff took pride in their work, keeping everything clean and nice. Even the beach area and dog bath/run! It was quiet and peaceful! Everything just seemed so thought out for RV folks. Only negative was not being able to bring snacks/water into the pool area.

Attended rally while construction was ongoing. Lots of noise and power interruptions. Probably okay any other time. Nice facility and close to the beach (covered in seaweed) 😉

This is an RV Resort, so the rooms are your own. You take them with you. Well laid out, plenty of room to manoeuvre your rig. Nice wide sites. Bring an extra section of dump hose as they are set back off the pad. The beach is close, two pools, adult and Family, swim up bar and an onsite restaurant. Everyone is nice and friendly.

Morgan at fins restaurant was GREAT! Wonderful service! Our entire experience at this resort was awesome! We will definitely be back, no doubt! Only complaint is that the king size bed in the RV in B11 was stiff as a board to sleep on, however the queen bed was perfect!

4/10/25, First off, let me start with "I thoroughly enjoy this resort". The people and service have always been amazing and I have enjoyed all of my stays. My only complaint is the elusive "Veterans Discount" I am always being told it is offered at this resort. Every time I try and get it, I get a different answer. If you call, they tell you they will refund your card when you show up. When you show up they tell you, you have to set it up when you make your reservation. NOW, I got a new one today. I was told we don't offer Veterans Discounts during holidays. I made my reservation during the July 4th holiday. INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!! I got quite the laugh out of this one. All in all great place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone. I wrote this so maybe someone higher up will see this and make some changes or not. It won't change my thoughts on going or not. I will always consider this place a good local getaway. Thanks for listening. 4/15/2025 UPDATE........As I suspected, Margaritaville came through like CHAMPS!!!! To the staff, thanks for reaching out and clearing this up for me. I look forward to my upcoming stay.

Amazing service at Margaritaville Fins by our server Christine! She had the only large group that afternoon and kept us all happy with a smile on her face! She even started calling us by our name by the end of our time there, so good! We went back the next night because of her great service and the food!

We stayed here for spring break and had a great time. The park is really cool with bad ass amenities. My 13 year old daughter was off her phone at the epic pool and hot tub the entire time that's how awesome it was. All the sites look brand new, super level, and they are big. We ate at the restaurant every night and the food was 5 star quality. The only thing I would call a con, and a minor one, is that there are no stores or outside restaurants that are in walking distance. We forgot a broom and didn't bring our vehicle on this trip. We rented a golf cart but you have to keep it between the designated barrels, I think its close to 3 miles. I didn't see anywhere we could get to a store from there. But that's such a minor thing just make sure you have transportation or remember to pack everything. Overall, the entire family had a great time!

Great resort. Big, wide, grassy spots with a level cement pad for your rig to sit on. The resort is walking distance to the beach. There is a laundry room, pool, restaurant and small camp store. You never need to leave the resort if you don't want to. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Fins up !
