I used to be a regular here and the service has always been great, but I am so disappointed with their excessive ai use. It's on literally everything, it looks insanely lazy and bad.

Great clean uncluttered little coffee shop, with room to study and work during the day, and 5 or more pool tables with two foosball tables so that you can come and have an alcohol-free night over coffee or other fancy beverages with your friends. Stop there is very accommodating. Very friendly atmosphere.

Stopped by here for the first time recently and got an iced carmel macchiato on the way to work. It was amazing! Will be adding this place to my list of coffee shops to go to in the area.

I truly miss the original Steam Cafe when they had more food choices. This used to be my favorite cafe. Waffles are nice, but that being the only option is a bit unfortunate.

Our small group was meeting ahead of an afternoon meeting nearby. The staff was lovely, the coffee delicious and the snacks were creative and tasty. CLEAN bathrooms! Great play area for kids so moms could chat and children had options.

Great service and great atmosphere. All of the staff were very nice. We talked to the lady behind the counter while waiting for our order (I believe it was either the owner) and she was very kind to us. With it being our first time here, we felt very welcomed and are looking forward to coming back. Also, the toffee nut shaken espresso is incredible!

The spicy chicken and waffle with syrup is good, and they also offer coconut milk as an alternative to cow’s milk, for those who prefer it in their coffee or tea. Excellent service, and a homey, Christian vibe. Good place to get some work done, if you don’t mind occasionally hearing kids play. The ownership is friendly to study groups. They even offer an upstairs semi-private room, as well as a kid’s play area, and occasional community worship night events. Exceptional place!

As a small business owner who loves to network, I found that Ugly Mugz is the perfect place to meet. For the past four months MAMI on a Mission has been meeting for Cafecito y Amigas (Cofee and Friends) to have meet ups. Not to mentioned we hosted our first event in their upstairs room. It was the perfect spot and the owner and staff were nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a cozy, friendly spot you have to check them out and oh their chicken and waffles are the best.

A gem of a find! I drove by this place for 2 years before realizing it is here! The inside is so relaxing and calm, and their coffee is good! Staff is friendly. Place is clean and inviting. Tables are decorated cute.

Finally able to stop by. Outside not so inviting so you definitely need to stop and come inside. Had a tasty strawberry lemonade and plain waffle on a stick. Took a bit to get my order but there were very busy the day I stopped by. Would like to come back again and try something else. Nice place.
