I wouldn't trade this coffee shop for anywhere else. Dan and Shelly have hit the nail on the head with this place! ALL of the baristas are AMAZING and the coffee is EXPONENTIALLY BETTER!!!

I want to start by saying I absolutely love this place. The coffee is great and the shop is cute and the staff are friendly. My only issue is staff coming to work in their literal pajamas. Like pajama pants, crocs, and oversized sleep shirts and hair a complete mess like they just rolled out of bed. No effort whatsoever to go to work. Management needs to implement a dress code for this reason

I am a regular at mug shots and since my first sip I have never gone back to starbucks. Me and my boyfriend used to come every morning for coffee and the staff was always so nice and invested in their customers. Almost every time I come there’s always such a great atmosphere, customers chatting with the baristas, people always getting along, i love to see it! I also want to shout out their little mascot (i forgot her name) but omg she’s the cutest dog ever. I love being greeted by her when i come in. If you’re looking to support small businesses mug shots has my full vote on where to go. I always bring my friends with me when i come or recommend it. Everyone there seems like a family the way they chat with their customers it genuinely makes my heart happy.

Multiple times our coffees are not filled up, always less than 3/4 full. We pay for a large but get medium content. I know the ladies have been trained properly, because I've seen it. However because we order two drinks each time, the lady behind the counter splits the expresso and steamed half and half between the two cups. It effects the taste. Today was especially bad.

The muffin was a tad dry but had a good flavor. Both coffees seemed watered down and lacking full flavor. I had the Jimi Hendrix It sounded great but didn't quite hit the mark. The place itself was clean and the staff was nice and answered all the questions. I'm willing to try it again, it was bad at all just was the full bodied flavor I was expecting.

I love the cup of magic, it's always made perfect. Service depends on who it is, today unfortunately the person who served me was a little rude. I will still be going back because I love the coffee I usually get from here and it's the best one in close proximity to me.

Went In there to get a caramel frappe while my son was taking photos next door and I couldn't not stop talking about it. Great place with fantastic service!! 5/5 10/10 if I'm ever in that neck of the woods I would stop again.

Very nice place in town to have coffee. They have a very nice variety of every coffee variation. I think the prices are fair and will continue to support them over Starbucks.

Don’t even remember what I was in maps for, probably late for something at this point. Never been here, simply thought the name was clever and touched the dot. Just factoring how the owner has personally responded to practically every review submitted, gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. Hoping the opportunity to visit presents sometime. It’s not everyday one reads The Internet and has a little bit of hope in humanity restored.
