Had the “shrimp’n ain’t easy” dish with large peel and eat shrimp and andouille sausage. Looked good when it was delivered but the shrimp were so overcooked that they were mushy. Almost inedible.

We had dinner for four. We started with Pork Belly and Fried Cauliflower, Awesome. Then we had 4 different entrees, Wagyu Sirloin, the Pork Chop,HUGE, Steak Stroganoff and the Spaghetti. These were great and we shared them. We finished with Milk and Cookies, Irish cream liquor was the milk. FANTASTIC. What a great experience. Thank you to our server great job. The Chef even served our entrees. Thank you Slate for a great dining experience.

Great intimate restaurant with excellent menu fine dining and drinks. Hidden gem in the League City, Clear Lake area. Service fantastic and chef Jason is exquisite with his detail and flavor combination.

This is a great little place, wonderful atmosphere and delicious food! Both the manager and the chef spoke with us and were so friendly. Okra appetizer was amazing as was my entree of steak stroganoff. Sampled the fried redfish, which was amazing. Service was friendly and efficient, drinks were awesome and desserts hit the spot. Highly recommend.

We had reservations at 7:00pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was SO LOUD we could not stay. If you want to visit with your dinner partners, go somewhere else.

Amazing service. Great atmosphere. The food was beautifully prepared. Presentation with food and drinks was above reproach. The pork chop was extremely thick yet still juicy and tender.

We were looking for something new to try and were really impressed by Slate Table & Bar. The unique combinations of ingredients in their dishes was fascinating, and the presentation was beautiful. We had desserts too...the milk and cookies were the best!! We will be return customers! Thanks for a great evening!!

The food and service was awesome! I had love salad with chicken and my friend had the Julius salad with chicken. Both were perfect and Crystal did a wonderful job waiting on us!

Everything was flavorful and plentiful. The presentation was great, and there was no need for added seasonings; it was all great. The atmosphere is pleasant and Clean with a nice ambiance.

You gotta check this place out! Garlic Knots are the way to go for appetizer! Trust me you would not regret it! Could order more than one if I could! Brick Chicken is definitely a go to here. Very tender and flavorful. Nachos are a good snack too! And for dessert of course! Their cookies with the baileys dip! Or drink! 😅 definitely a must try! Love the vibe and the staff here. Very accommodating! Definitely would go back

Wow! Slate Table is probably one of the best restaurants in League City area. Their food is super fresh and tasty. Great selection of various cocktails and drinks too! The fish tacos were AMAZINGGGG!! Service and staff are outstanding!!! Can’t wait to come back and do brunch! Definitely recommend!!!

Overall, we had a great time! We got cauliflower bouquet and fried okra tenders, both of which were wonderful. For entrees, the elote ravioli was unique and steak stroganoff was pretty good. Our server was very attentive, but our only complaint was the music was a little too loud. We could barely hear ourselves talk.

My husband and I recently dined at Slate Table + Bar, and it was an exceptional experience! I had the pork chop, and I have to say, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and topped with a delicious apple topping that truly brought the dish together. Every bite was a delight. My husband ordered the stroganoff, and he absolutely loved it. It reminded him of the comfort food he grew up with in Minnesota. The service was equally impressive. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and ensured everything arrived promptly. We greatly appreciated her care and professionalism. Overall, the food and service were top-notch. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic meal.
