Nice and clean. Great place to enjoy the beach. The rental chairs and umbrella are nice.

Parking ($15 USD) is paid through an app you download from a QR code located throughout the park. There are lifeguards, portable toilets and changing rooms, and you can rent an umbrella and two chairs. Very safe.

It was nice here. The parking is $15 then if you want to rent the chairs and umbrella that’s $45. So for $60 that’s not bad. We came with just towels and water. The kids had fun in the water for two hours and about hour just playing in the sand. Someone came by and was selling snow cones for $5.
The walk to the bathrooms isn’t far there is beach volleyball and a food truck. Also a trailer selling things you might need for the beach. So overall it’s convenient and nice here.

Awesome beach, was my 1st time going there. $15 a vehicle, $40 to rent an umbrella and 2 chair for the entire day.

Made us pay $40 for the day while the people next to us intimated the sales persons and sat anyways and smoked weed in front of my family and small children and would like a refund

One of my favorite beaches. They had changing booths, restrooms, and showers to rinse off with. You can rent chairs and umbrellas when the wind is not super crazy.

Nice wide beach. Hard packed sand with hardly any rocks or shells. The beach is kept very clean. Access to the parking lot near the beach is $15 for the day. There is a free parking lot near the entrance from the main road. Rentals for an umbrella and 2 chairs is $40, umbrella only $30, and each chair at $10. Concessions, showers, and bathrooms moved from the large building to portable buildings closer to the beach.

Family & I had a really enjoyable day at the beach. The weather was great not hot but not too cold. The scenery on the drive once you get into Galveston is beautiful. We got to see people on the helicopter rides above us and the huge boats on the water. Parking was easy in comparison to the beach entry. We definitely plan on renting a beach house and going back in the summer. I'd recommend visiting the pier after the beach and checking out the local town.
